Evergreen is a series of green leaves growing out of the walls. The leaves are covered with thousands of olive Swarovski Crystals.
This installation is inspired by the leaves and plants that sprout along the bridges and overpasses of Miami. The seeds are thought to be dropped by passing birds, yet the plants grow with no dirt and very little water. Inspiration can be found in these little plants that seem to exist against all odds. They are merely fulfilling their destiny, to grow.
